90 Day Plan

My 90-Day Entry Plan is an organized schedule of priorities, meetings, and activities that should occur over the 30 days preceding the start of school and the subsequent 60 days. This plan will fulfill the vision and mission by implementing my three timeline goals established in 30-day segments:

Day 1-30 “Covering the Bases”~ Communication with all stakeholders

Day 31-60 “Setting Up for Success” ~ Data Analysis and Plans of Action

Day 61-90 “Services Fully Established and Operating at Full Capacity.”
